In this role, you will operate press brakes and related machinery to fulfill production requirements efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for presetting and installing appropriate tooling and fixtures, running initial pieces, and ensuring all products conform to specified drawing specifications. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will inspect all parts as outlined in process sheets and drawings using various precision measuring instruments, including coordinate measuring devices.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Set up and operate press brakes and associated machinery.+ Select and install the proper tooling and fixtures for production.+ Conduct first piece inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.+ Perform quality inspections of all parts using precision measuring instruments.**Required Skills:**+ Proficient in machine setup and press brake operations.+ Experienced in tooling installation and adjustment.+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.**Job Type:**This is a permanent, full-time position.**Work Site:**This position is located fully on-site in Clarence, New York.**Work Environment:**The role is situated in a machine shop environment, where dust, grease, and metal shavings are commonplace. Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes or boots, is mandatory.
