Leads application analysis and recommends, prioritizes, and implements plans for improvements and enhancements to new and existing application systems for assigned functional area. Evaluates and applies technology to business processes while continually monitoring and evaluating opportunities for improvements. Provides consultation to system users on enterprise applications and related business processes to ensure organizational effectiveness.
