salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
Manage all payments for goods and services to ensure operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with accounts payable policies and internal controls.Communicate regularly with vendors and identify cost-saving opportunities.Concur Travel and Expense Reimbursements
Administer the Concur Travel and Expense program.Serve as the primary contact for expense reports, travel bookings, and corporate credit card processes.Collaborate with staff to resolve issues and enhance compliance.Train users on the Concur system and track corporate card usage.Process month-end coding, expense reconciliation, and GL integration.Monitor service provider performance and analyze fees and spending.Cash Receipts
Ensure timely processing of in-house cash receipts and investigate discrepancies.Backup for online and third-party cash receipts.Weekly lockbox management, including check imaging and log updates.Branch Relations
Serve as a liaison to branches and ensure timely remittance of dues.Research and respond to information requests from branches and members.Financial Reporting and Audit Preparation
Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and support month-end closing.Maintain accounts payable aging reports and assist with audits.Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze expense accounts for discrepancies.
