salary: $68,000 - $77,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: Bachelors
Responsibilities
A typical day entails, but is not limited to, the following:
Prepare & post general ledger entriesAccount analysis & reconciliation, bank reconciliationsAccounts payable, accounts receivable and expense report processingPreparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly financial statementsComplete month-end closing process and analyze for accuracy and completenessAudit preparation and working with outside auditorsMisc. other duties and/or projects as requiredRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field2+ years' experience in a corporate accounting role, preferably within the healthcare industryExperience with month-end closeAdvanced Excel skillsMust be detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skillsMust be adaptable to a fast-paced environment with evolving prioritiesKnowledge of and experience with software such as Dynamics GP/NAV (formerly Great Plains), SAP, NetSuite, Traverse, Sage, and JD Edwards as required.
