We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to play a vital role in our financial operations. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in our financial reporting, contribute to strategic planning, and help drive the company's growth. salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: Associate
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full accounting cycle while making process improvements to accelerate the closing and
reconciliation cycles, under the Controller's direction
- Compilation of Monthly Operating Report - Financial Metrics & Data
- Monthly Work in Progress Valuation
- Lean/Continuous Improvement Support
- Job Costing/Product Line & Customer Profitability Analysis
- Maintain Labor & Variable/Fixed Overhead Rates for Product Costing
- Ad Hoc/Special Reporting as Required
- Monitoring of Policies & Procedures in Finance and maintain as needed
- Monthly, Quarterly & Year-End Activities
- Quarterly State Tax Reporting
- Accounts Receivables
- Collections
- Accounts Payable Review
- Account Reconciliations
- Journal Entries
- Bank Reconciliations
