You will be responsible for the daily hands-on support of our end-users. The primary responsibility is to partner with internal users at all levels of the organization to resolve IT issues through documented procedures. This is a non-exempt, full-time, on-site position located in our San Mateo office.You Will:Provide customer service, with a high level of communication with our staffProvide rapid responses and ownership of issues and requests reported by end-users with Microsoft Teams chat, telephone, or email.Support conference room technology for remote meetings, using Zoom / Teams.Perform general technical support and troubleshoots software, hardware, and cabling.Performs installs, moves, additions, changes, and deprecation of technical hardware.You Have:Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or combination of 3 years related work experienceMac OS desktop and iOS device experience in a networked environmentExperience supporting Windows operating systems in a domain environmentStrong experience supporting Macs in an Active Directory environmentStrong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office 365/Teams/Outlook for Windows and MacKnowledge of Linux desktop and server platformsKnowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and configuring and troubleshooting VPN client softwareAbility to lift/move objects up to 50+ pounds required#LI-on-siteOur BenefitsOur great compensation package and benefits include medical insurance, 401(k), paid parental leave, dependent care, flexible work schedules, discounted tickets and entertainment perks programs. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range.
