Number of Beds - Number of Staff – Type of staff: Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - Patient Ratios – Type of equipment - EMR – Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N). Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters). Typical hiring profile. Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
