Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager in Sacramento, CA

**Must-Have:**- Acute hospital experience in case management and discharge planning- Prior travel experience- Willingness to work in weekend rotation- Proficiency in InterQual, EPIC, and Allscripts/Careport

**Job Description:**- Must have recent inpatient case manager experience focusing heavily on discharge planning in an acute care hospital setting.- Candidates with only SNF, rehab, or hospice experience will not be considered.- Preferred candidates will have 2 or more years of experience.- Utilization review experience is a plus.- ACM or CCM certification is beneficial but not required.- Complete 12 hours of non-billable orientation.- Commitment to compliance requirements is mandatory.- Modules must be completed online prior to start date.- Reasonable adjustments are offered for the COVID-19 vaccine for medical or religious exemptions.
