The Vice President of Commercial and Marketing will oversee Sales and Marketing strategies, driving revenue and market share growth in Americas and EMEA regions for Residential Filtration business. This role requires a dynamic leader who can innovate, inspire, collaborate, and execute high-impact strategies that resonate with diverse global customer bases. Reporting directly to the President of Residential Filtration, the VP is a member of the company’s Global Senior Leadership Team and will oversee Sales, Strategic Marketing and Customer Support teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and financial goals.
Overall Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive strategies that address our markets. This involves differentiating marketing approaches, sales tactics, and product offerings based on the nuances of each market segment which requires customized products.
Set strategic direction maximizing revenue and MOI and active involvement in strategic marketing Plans (SMM).
Lead commercial and marketing teams, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals. This includes setting objectives, managing team performance, motivating staff, and fostering a collaborative environment with global cross-functional teams.
Establish Strategic Marketing capabilities to enable continuously analyzing market trends, OEM/consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to adjust strategies accordingly.
Using customer/market insights, define product & technology needs, partner with R&D and Product Development teams through the NPD process.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with key customers. This includes negotiation of large contracts, building multi-level access with customers through Key Account Management.
Manage budgets across departments to maximize ROI on marketing and sales initiatives including pricing strategies.
Performance Metrics: Set and monitor performance metrics for sales and marketing. This involves utilizing data analytics to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Critically assess the reasonableness and risks associated with the Company’s business plans. Encourage business investment and sound risk taking to accelerate sustainable profitable growth.
Set clear expectations as to how team leaders lead and manage their organizations in delivering sustainable business results. Continually review the sales and marketing organizational structures to ensure and improve competitiveness in each market.
Instill a culture of Growth Mindset with accountability and define success measures.
Lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives while fostering a culture and workplace that attracts and retains a highly engaged and innovative workforce. Support the organization in becoming an employer of choice.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
At least fifteen (15) years of successful commercial experience with a solid background in strategy, sales management, strategic marketing, product management and manufacturing and five (5) years in senior leadership role.
Extended experience in Water Industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of operational/financial management experience required.
Global and domestic travel required as needed.
