As Senior Sales Operations Manager, Enterprise Digital Media, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our $3B Global Digital Media Enterprise Business. You will have the opportunity to partner directly with our Americas Commercial Enterprise sales leaders who support the world's largest accounts by providing analytics, insights, inspection, and operational rigor to drive their business. This role will have a front seat to the sales teams who are leading the sales of Adobe's innovative AI offerings, such as Firefly Services, Acrobat AI Assistant, and Express. Your analytical proficiency and business context will be instrumental in forecasting and guiding a global organization as it continues its growth trajectory with AI solutions. Provide direct business partner support to Senior Directors and VPs of sales.Lead the weekly sales outlook process across all levels of the sales organization - using sales team insights and predictive analytics to run an accurate outlook, culminating in weekly reviews with our CRO.Merge customer insights and financial modeling to synthesize business narratives to share with senior leadership across sales, operations, finance, and product.Lead a weekly and quarterly cadence of pipeline inspection, focusing on in-quarter and out-quarter items, ensuring sales leaders focus on critical KPI's and are always building for the future.Play a significant role in GTM strategy and execution, including territory building and quota modeling, to optimize sales structure.Support sales team operations in systems such as Anaplan, SFDC, and Clari.What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of equivalent practical experience in sales operations, GTM, sales finance, or a related function.Proven financial modeling experience and attention to detail.Outstanding critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively partner with senior-level sales leadership.Ability to successfully implement strategies and drive focus towards ambitious goals.Strong communication skills to present forecasts and business narratives confidently.Ability to thrive, prioritize, and pivot in a fast-paced enterprise sales environment, effectively managing multiple priorities during high-pressure periods such as quarter-end.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
