Look no further than our CBIZ Private Equity Tax Co-Sourcing team!We are seeking candidates with Private Equity experience who are interested in providing co-sourcing/outsourcing services for global Private Equity Funds. Team members are responsible for assisting with all aspects of an In-House tax function including assisting with transactional matters, managing multiple internal and external professional resources, as well as federal, state, and foreign compliance and various special projects. We offer an opportunity to work on rewarding, high-profile clients with exposure to interesting technical matters using a team approach that allows for great work-life balance in a friendly, supportive environment.Essential Functions and Primary DutiesReview of all federal and state tax returns and K-1s and related filingsAssist in gathering data and preparing schedules to be used in preparing tax returnsCoordinate tax compliance processes with clients’ functional teams and clients’ external service providersReview quarterly and year-end estimatesOversee, train, and assist associate team membersAble and willing to work with client personnel at client location, if neededMeet time restraints and deadlinesSupport lead person in charge of tax engagementBegin to build and develop quality relationships with clientsGather data necessary to respond to audits and inquiries by governmental authoritiesBecome proficient at tax researchAssist with other projects as necessaryPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related fieldCPA candidates preferredMinimum Qualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree3 years of experience in public accounting or related field1 year supervisory experience preferredAbility to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and prioritize each assignment as necessaryDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyProficient use of applicable technologyMust be able to travel based on client and business needsThe annual salary target for this job in this market is $85,000-$130,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.The compensation above is not representative of an employee’s total compensation.
