Lead and own assigned strategic capture opportunities ($25M+) in support of BlueHalo’s Intel Sector using Capture best practices to manage and execute capture activities to improve pWin.Conceptualize a win strategy, develop a capture plan that implements the strategy, and adjust the strategy, as necessary, throughout the capture phase.Identify, establish, and implement customer engagement strategy, including creating and executing call plans.Coordinate engagements with customers, teammates, and BlueHalo Business Development team to gain insight on and shape requirements and acquisition strategy.Gather, assess, and validate customer requirements and lead subject matter and technical teams to define a solution that meets those requirements.Conduct capability gap analysis and identify external and internal partners necessary to develop winning solution.Lead the development and submission of white papers, RFI responses, and other proposal artifacts as assigned.Brief capture status to BlueHalo leadership at specified milestones when material changes occur.Identify, secure, and align resources, collaborating with subject matter and technical experts, functional leads, program managers, and B&P team to develop winning proposal.Identify and understand competitive landscape; support market and competitive intelligence analysis.Lead competitive assessment sessions, solutioning sessions, and capture status reviews and support proposal reviews.*This role will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Capture and can be located in the National Capital Region.You’re required to have this:

Minimum 7-10 years of direct experience with Intelligence Community-focused captures. Candidates with experience leading complex captures focused on Space Technology, Digital Operations, Cyber and SIGINT Engineering, Electronic Warfare, Advanced R&D, or Artificial Intelligence desired.Demonstrated success leading and winning complex, prime integration services or systems engineering contracts with values over $20M.Demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of a capture including, developing win strategy, shaping acquisition strategy and requirements, identifying and analyzing competitive landscape, leading solution development, and supporting PTW and pricing strategy activities.Ability to lead local and geographically dispersed teams.Excellent verbal, writing, and inter-personal skills with prior experience interacting with and briefing senior government and industry acquisition officials as well as company leadership.Experience with industry-standard capture management and proposal development best practices. Capture management training (i.e., Shipley or other) a plus.Candidates with a strong proposal development background a plus.Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
