About the RoleAs a Product Data Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Trade Marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Trade Marketing, you will be essential in supporting the smooth operation of our vendor and distributor relations. You will set up new vendors and ensure that all necessary information and assets are compiled and delivered while accommodating distributor standards and guidelines.

You will respond to a broad spectrum of inquiries and requests from various departments both within the company, as well as from outside customers. This individual will also maintain the accuracy of our master information data, including product specifications, materials, SKUs, and several other pieces of critical data. This position is hybrid and will work out of our office located in Century City 2x per week.

What You will Do :Data Gathering and Compilation:

Work closely with various in-house departments to collect all necessary information and assets required for setting up new vendors, ensuring completeness and accuracyVendor Liaison:

Serve as a main source of support for the company during the onboarding process, ensuring that our setup is seamless and meets all vendor requirementsArtwork and Documentation Updates:

When product formulations are modified, coordinate the timely distribution of updated label artwork and related documentation to all relevant distributorsPlatform and Form Updates:

Ensure that all changes are accurately reflected on digital platforms and forms utilized by distributorsInquiry Management:

Assist with incoming inquiries from various departments both in-house and from customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issuesProduct Data Integrity:

Regularly update and maintain the company's master data containing product specifications, materials, SKUs, and other critical information, ensuring it is always current and accurateInternal Coordination:

hourly rate

for this position is

$21.64/hr - $26.44/hr . The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education.Discretionary Bonus Plan:
