About the RoleAs the Director of Project Management for Supply Chain, you will partner with operations, R&D and legal teams to lead project and program planning and execution across various functions. You will drive projects and programs to achieve mission-critical outcomes for JPMS's existing product line and supply chain changes. At each new engagement you will leverage the continual exposure and experiences from working within a variety of project types. This position is a hybrid role, working out of our Santa Clarita office 3x per week.

What You will Do :Manage the project and associated cross-functional plans to drive execution in collaboration with R&D, Operations & LegalEnd to end project management of restages including the discontinuation plan of old items and operational launch planning of new itemsEnd to end project management of regulatory driven changes including the plan to phase out old packaging and finished goods and introduction of new packaging and finished goods in advance of the deadlinesLead cross-functional team members to develop and drive various operations and supply chain projectsLead strategic sourcing project to get to ideal state of multiple qualified manufacturers supplying each Distribution Center locationLead additional supply chain projects identified by the EVP of Operations, including but not limited to D365 ERP improvements, inventory disposition and optimization, and new customer onboardingEnsure milestones, goals, and budget are achieved and risk is effectively managedCommunicate milestones and deliverables status to leadership, including mitigation strategy and compression opportunitiesProvide decision analysis expertise and tools to the teams for strategic planning and operational executionAct as the subject matter expert for product development process, project governance, development plans, critical path, decision trees and project financialsEnsure adherence to all governance processes, deliverables and escalationsPlan and lead kick-off meetings, clarifying individual roles and responsibilities and defining expectations and success factors for the teamMaintains all systems and tools necessary to appropriately track initiatives as well as pipeline statusWho You Are:Have a strong work ethic and can-do attitude, leaving a positive impression on everyone you interact withCollaborate seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders, fostering a cohesive team environmentStrong time management skills and able to act with a sense of urgencyHighly organized, detail oriented and efficient multitaskerSelf-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidanceComfortable wearing many hats and moving fluidly between tasksUtilize relevant industry jargon and terminology consistently in both verbal and written communicationsAct and propose new ideas and solutions before askedYou are positive, upbeat, and friendly—with a can-do attitude and a knack for solving problemsSelf-described beauty enthusiast, passionate about hair careRequirements:

What You'll Need:Skills:Demonstrated experience in using project management best practicesExperience leading cross-functional project teamsAbility to illustrate total system impacts when changes are made in any one areaStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems and manage ambiguity in a dynamic environmentProficiency in Excel and PowerPointPrevious experience in a MRP, ERP, WMS environmentExperience in Microsoft D365, AX, or Navision preferredEducation :Bachelor's degree in related field requiredSix Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or PMP Certification preferredExperience :10 + years of professional experience with emphasis in project management in a regulated environment is requiredPersonal care or beauty industry strongly preferredExperience leading brand restage logisticsExperience managing regulatory driven formula changes from identification through finished goodsExperience qualifying new sources and contract manufacturersCompetitive Compensation:The expected

base salary range

for this position is

$125,000 to $165,000 . The exact base salary is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education.Discretionary Bonus Plan:
