As an Associate Financial Advisor on our team, you will develop relationships and create tailored financial plans for clients preparing for, transitioning into, or already navigating retirement. You'll be part of a close-knit, upbeat, and flexible team, working closely with our lead Financial Planner. As an Associate Financial Advisor, your responsibilities include:Maintaining and strengthening client/advisor relationshipsGathering data, including client goals and visionDeveloping, presenting, and implementing financial plansProviding ongoing advice and support to clients, ensuring they remain on track with their financial goalsAnnually reviewing and updating clients' financial situationsDevelop recommendations to achieve clients' goals, considering estate, tax, retirement, and business planning objectivesConducting thorough financial assessments and prepare detailed reportsAdhering to all FINRA/SEC/Commonwealth compliance regulations and meeting continuing education requirementsAddressing client questions and concerns promptlyStaying current on industry developments, service and product enhancements, regulatory issues, and client needsParticipating in community outreach programs to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation

Qualifications for this role include:Bachelor's degree requiredCFP® certification required or willingness to obtainSeries 65 (or Series 7/66 Equivalent)Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and terminologyComfortable discussing estate and tax planning issuesExperience with financial planning software such as Right Capital, Morningstar® Advisor Workstation, Holistiplan, and Income Lab preferred2-5 years of experience working in a fiduciary capacity as a Financial Planner
