This position requires an

active secret clearance.

The work location will be Fort Huachuca, AZ position.

CYBER CENTER HELP DESK SPECIALIST

DESCRIPTION:

Create, modify and escalate incidents/tickets, translating user requests into logical format for use by analysts in troubleshootingResolve incidents/tickets in accordance with documented proceduresPerform quality assurance follow-up with customers/end usersComply with documented processes and proceduresProvide reporting as neededMaintain a professional demeanor with our military, civilian and contractor customersMINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

HS +2 years of customer service, inside sales or help desk experienceOr AA/AS or BA/BSActive Secret clearance or the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearanceREQUIRED SKILLS

Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent people and phone skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-taskExperience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)Type a minimum of 40 wpmWork within a dynamic environment where requirements shift routinelyMust be able and available to work shifts (days, swings, mids)Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as required.Schedule is subject to change to fulfill the needs of the mission.PREFERRED SKILLS & EDUCATION
