Randstad is working with a growth-minded organization in the industrial space to fill a position supporting a C-level executive. This role is pivotal in managing calendars, meetings, schedules, and acting on behalf of an executive The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a C-level executive along tact, maturity, professionalism and a partnership mentality. Qualifications: -Proven ability to perform complex calendar management -Experience supporting 1 or multiple C-suite executives - 3+ years -Expertise in Concur and Google Suite -Ability to problem solve and manage competing priorities -Professional, Excellent communication skills
salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High School
Responsibilities
-Manage calendars for C-level executive
-Perform complex meeting coordination, finding time across multiple executives, calendars, and if required organizations
-Manage travel arrangements and coordination including but not limited to flights, hotel, expense reports, etc. in Concur
-Manage meeting setup and minutes, including preparing and executing agendas, presentations, notes etc.
-Ensure strategic time management and meeting coordination ensuring high priority items are met
-Support leadership team meetings
-Draft and manage correspondence and communication coming from the executive office
-Play key role in project management and coordination, ensuring initiatives are met and executed, deadlines are met, and projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
-Always act in best interest and representation of executive, be right hand person when needed for sound judgement

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
