Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 per year

We are a manufacturer specializing in advanced well completion solutions, including perforating systems, seismic technologies, and well abandonment tools. All of our products are designed, manufactured, and qualified in-house, and we use state-of-the-art test facilities for pressure, temperature, and ballistics.

We are seeking a Logistics Manager who has experience in a manufacturing environment to manage multiple distribution centers throughout the US.

In this role, we are seeking someone with experience working for a manufacturing company and handling product distribution via multiple DCs throughout the country. Your experience should include international shipping of hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement and Digitization: Implement and enhance logistics technologies such as ERP, TMS, and WMS systems. Analyze and report on key logistics performance indicators to drive efficiency.
• Cost and Budget Management: Monitor the logistics budget, control operational costs, and negotiate with suppliers and service providers to optimize expenses
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee warehouse activities, manage inventory through system transactions, conduct stock audits, and streamline storage processes. Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Internal Raw Material Distribution: Plan and execute the timely supply of raw materials to production sites, ensuring efficient material flow between the warehouse and production facilities.
• Shipping and Transportation: Manage the shipping of finished products to distribution centers or end customers. Select and supervise transport providers, optimize transportation costs, and oversee customs processes.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop the logistics team. Manage workforce planning and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.
• Goods Receipt: Coordinate deliveries, inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity, manage accompanying documentation, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Education and/or Experience

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 10 years of experience in logistics management or a similar position
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills
• In depth knowledge of warehouse and transport management, as well as internal logistics processes
• Proficiency with modern logistics systems (e.g., ERP, WMS)
• Problem solving and analytical mindset to design efficient processes.
• Experience with the transport and storage of hazardous materials, particularly explosives, and familiarity with relevant national and international regulations is an advantage.
• Experience with process development and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
