both HARDWARE and SOFTWARE supportDay to Day:Insight Global is seeking 1 IT Support Analysts to sit onsite for a local higher education client. These candidates would provide support to all IT-related activities, assistance end users, coordination resolutions for end user issues, and follow-up to end user related IT problems and ensure a resolution.Provide technical support onsite and over the phone for CustomersSoftware and network issues on laptops and desktopsTroubleshooting and resolving issues with software and printers.Create and manage ticketsCompensation :$20/hr to $24/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
