Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,329 per week

Certification Details Must have current active compact license AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS required Job Details Registered Nurse, ICU Deaconess Gateway Hospital 13 week contract starting on 12/16 with Bi-weekly orientation 36 guaranteed hours per week (will accept 48 upon request) Must have recent EPIC charting experience Job Requirements 3 years of RN experience 1 full year must be cardiac ICU Minimum 1 completed travel assignment Trauma level II experience Skillset includes: Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation, PIV insertion, chest tube/indwelling drain management, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, vasoactive, sedative, paralytics, insulin, Balloon pumps/impella/Swans, ETT/ventilator management, post code/TTM, NIHSS/dysphagia screen Schedule Information 12hr Nights 6:30-7 Three weekends out of every six week schedule Every other holiday Unit Specific Information Bed size: 24 beds Case type: Cardiac ICU Patient ratio: Days 1-2-3; NOCs 1:2-3 CN takes an assignment on NOC shift Universal Beds utilized for post CABG patients Travelers will take lower acuity patients until established on unit Additional Details Cardiac ICU - Nights Deaconess Midtown AUTO OFFER NO LOCAL CANDIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE) Float Requirement: First to float within skillset to Deaconess Midtown (IN) campus & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY) 2 HR notice given for cross campus float Mid-shift float within same campus Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible On Call/Call Back Requirement: N/A Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required Subject to change GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation
