Healthy balance between work and life Leverage the latest tools and resourcesJob DetailsRequirements: Handle a variety of responsibilities to support attorneys in all stages of the litigation process Drafting legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses) Managing case files and maintaining organized records Conducting thorough legal research and analysis Assisting in deposition and trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, organizing notebooks, and coordinating witnesses Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel Reviewing and summarizing medical records, depositions, and other case-related materials Filing documents with state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with court procedures and deadlines Coordinating depositions, mediations, and other case-related eventsQualifications: 3+ years of experience as a civil litigation or personal injury litigation paralegal in a law firm or insurance company setting Proven ability to manage a large caseload and juggle competing priorities with ease Extensive knowledge of state and federal court systems, rules, and procedures Strong research, drafting, and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency with case management software (Clio), legal databases, and Microsoft Office SuiteInterested in hearing more?
