Hybrid Schedule (3 in / 2 out) Comprehensive benefits package Dynamic and supportive team environment Chance to work on complex and challenging cases Career growth and professional development opportunities Commitment to work-life balance State-of-the-art technology and resourcesJob DetailsJoin the firm's esteemed Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice as a Paralegal, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the attorneys and clients with the following responsibilities: Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and UCC financing statements Correspond professionally with clients and interface with state courts throughout Florida Manage multiple cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and hearings are coordinated efficiently Conduct lien, judgment, and asset searches to support recovery efforts Manage bankruptcy-related tasks, including monitoring filings and preparing proofs of claim Assist with collections processes, foreclosure proceedings, and repossessions Conduct title searches and prepare reports for property-related matters Support attorneys in all aspects of creditors' rights work, including mediations and settlement conferencesRequirements: 2+ years of experience in Creditors' Rights OR Foreclosure Knowledge of Florida circuit courts and foreclosure procedures Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills Ability to apply legal knowledge to complex assignments Exceptional organizational and time management skills Proficiency in legal software and MS Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skillsInterested in hearing more?
