This position is a hybrid role, allowing for both in-office and remote work, providing the flexibility to adapt to your personal work style while maintaining a strong presence within our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of corporate law, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence, as well as working on corporate governance matters. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.Responsibilities:As a Corporate Paralegal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:1. Drafting, reviewing, and revising a variety of legal documents including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, corporate contracts, and other legal correspondence.2. Assisting with corporate governance matters, including preparing board resolutions, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.3. Conducting legal research and analysis as required to support ongoing projects and initiatives.4. Collaborating with the legal team to manage and resolve complex legal issues.5. Facilitating communication and coordination with external counsel and other stakeholders.6. Ensuring all corporate legal processes and documents are effectively managed and securely stored.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.2. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.3. Extensive knowledge of corporate governance matters and compliance regulations.4. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to apply legal concepts in a practical manner.5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.6. High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.8.
