This is a permanent, full-time role that provides an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our fast-paced, rapidly growing organization. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our project management team to ensure our construction projects are completed on time and within budget. You will have the chance to showcase your project coordination, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills, while maintaining a positive mindset in a challenging environment. Responsibilities:1. Work closely with project managers and other team members to coordinate all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.2. Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.3. Monitor project progress, keeping track of timelines, costs, and quality standards.4. Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.5. Prepare and maintain all necessary project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.6. Identify potential project risks and issues, propose solutions, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.7. Attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all project sites.9. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment through maintaining a professional and positive attitude.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.2. Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word. CMiC Cloud a plus.3. High School Diploma required. Associates degree or higher preferred.4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.6. Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant computer applications.7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.8.
