This is a permanent position, perfect for someone who is passionate about managing financial transactions, supervising staff, and ensuring overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong background in accounting and administrative tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on detail, accuracy, and timeliness.Responsibilities: Oversee the transactional tasks of staff, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Handle order processing and fulfillment. Manage invoicing for professional services. Oversee accounts payable, cash receipts, and A/R collections. Manage monthly maintenance and support contract renewal billing for all product lines. Plan, direct and coordinate all supportive administrative services. Answer phone calls and handle ordering and stocking of office supplies. Supervise, train, and develop accounting and administrative personnel. Evaluate, plan, coach, and monitor the performance of staff, providing counsel and discipline when necessary. Work closely with vendor partners on pricing, billing, communication, and forwarding our brand promise. Oversee ordering of customer hardware and maintenance contracts. Ensure administrative support to staff and management is provided as necessary to maintain excellent customer service. Confirm the accuracy and integrity of maintenance and support contracts. Manage commission calculations and tracking. Conduct monthly product P&L audits. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, with 2 years of supervisory experience.

Proven experience in overseeing transactional tasks, order processing, invoicing, accounts payable, cash receipts, and A/R collections. Demonstrable experience in managing monthly maintenance, support contract renewal billing, and administrative services. Proficient in managing staff, including training, development, and performance monitoring. Experience working with vendor partners on pricing, billing, and overall communication. Proven ability to provide administrative support to staff and management, ensuring excellent customer service. Experience in managing commission calculations and tracking, and conducting monthly product P&L audits. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Interested in hearing more?
