Job Details

We are currently seeking a Direct Hire Payroll Administrator to join our client's Finance team at our headquarters in Centennial, CO . This is a fully in-office position where you’ll assist with payroll processing for approximately 2,500 employees.

Responsibilities

As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes. Your responsibilities will include:• Managing the preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of both domestic and international payrolls.• Administering various payroll systems and managing integrations with existing systems, as well as new ones.• Performing payroll audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.• Creating custom reports tailored to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and providing information as needed.• Documenting payroll procedures clearly and efficiently to ensure consistency across the organization.• Reconciling invoices related to payroll, ensuring that all data aligns with accounting and financial records.• Staying current with payroll legislation, implementing best practices to improve workflow and compliance.Qualifications• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.• 4-7+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience.• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred.• International payroll experience is a plus.• FPC/CPP certification preferred.• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.• Ability to respond constructively to management direction and actively seek feedback to continuously improve performance.• A team-player attitude with the ability to prioritize and adapt to fast-changing environments.
