Solid mentorship and future growth potentialJob DetailsWe are currently seeking a Direct Hire Payroll Administrator to join our client's Finance team at our headquarters in Centennial, CO

. This is a

fully in-office position where you’ll assist with payroll processing for approximately 2,500 employees.ResponsibilitiesAs a Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing the preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of both domestic and international payrolls.

• Administering various payroll systems and managing integrations with existing systems, as well as new ones.

• Performing payroll audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Creating custom reports tailored to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and providing information as needed.

• Documenting payroll procedures clearly and efficiently to ensure consistency across the organization.

• Reconciling invoices related to payroll, ensuring that all data aligns with accounting and financial records.

• Staying current with payroll legislation, implementing best practices to improve workflow and compliance. Qualifications • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field. • 4-7+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience. • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred.

• International payroll experience is a plus.

• FPC/CPP certification preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Ability to respond constructively to management direction and actively seek feedback to continuously improve performance.
