Work Location: Santa Clara, California, United States (Day 1 Onsite) Employment Type: Full Time Max Salary: $120K to $140K Job Description: VMware Infrastructure Management Deploy and manage VMware vSphere environments Perform advanced configuration and optimization of VMware infrastructure Implement and manage vCenter Server ESXi hosts and virtual machines Troubleshooting and Support Provide L3L4 support for VMwarerelated issues including performance tuning and capacity planning Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to VMware infrastructure Collaborate with L1L2 support teams to escalate and resolve issues promptly Performance and Security Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of VMware environments Implement and maintain security best practices within VMware infrastructure Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments Disaster Recovery and Backup Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for VMware environments Ensure regular backups and replication of virtual machines and data Documentation and Training Create and maintain detailed documentation of VMware infrastructure configurations and procedures Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and support staff Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience 10 years of experience in managing and supporting VMware environments VMware certifications eg VCP VCAP VCDX are highly preferred Technical Skills Indepth knowledge of VMware vSphere vCenter ESXi and related technologies Proficiency in scripting and automation eg PowerCLI Python Bash Familiarity with network and storage concepts as they relate to VMware environments Skills Cis-os-administration-virtualization Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”): Benefits and Perks: Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k) Plan with Company match Life Insurance Vacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
