Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Process Excellence Engineer for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:Developing, optimizing, and improving AIG processesIdentifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste and increase efficiencyCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new process, technologiesMonitoring and analyzing process data, identifying trends, and proposing solutions for process improvement continuouslyPerform process capability studies, statistical analysis and data driven decision making to achieve operational excellence and production support targetsDevelop and maintain process standards and best practicesService Now KnowledgeUnderstanding of Lean, Agile and DevOps, Program/project management skills and experience advantageous
Requirements:Bachelor degree and 3-5 years of experience as process engineer in Insurance industrySound knowledge of all ITIL processes i.e., Demand Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Service Request managementStrong analytical, problem solving and communication skillsConduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing AIG processes, identifying areas for improvements and recommending appropriate solutionsDesign and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time and improve metrics and KPIsProvide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process related issues and technical hands-on experience in SharePoint and Confluence toolsParticipate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measuresProviding training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and ensure successful implementationAbility to work independently and ability to multitask whenever involving multiple stakeholdersStrong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean principles, six sigma methodologies and statical analysisProficient in process analysis, process modeling, data analysisExcellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issuesStrong written and verbal communicationDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
