CNC Programmer

Position Overview: We are looking for a Lead Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programmer with a strong machining background. You write and optimize new CNC programs in addition to designing custom fixtures and tools.You will also supervise a team of CNC programmers.On an ongoing basis, you will troubleshoot production issues and contribute to process improvements in the plant. Key Responsibilities: Write and optimize CNC programs for complex parts in MasterCam. Design fixtures, gages, and cutting tools. Manage document control for tooling and programs. Troubleshoot production issues related to tooling and fixtures. Write and optimize CNC programs for complex parts. Lead the setup and compliance for tooling and machining processes. Monitor production quality and make machine adjustments as needed. Candidate Requirements: 5 or more years of CNC programming and setup experience. Supervisor experience is required. Proficiency in Mastercam and AutoDesk Inventor software programs. Strong understanding of G and M codes and blueprint reading. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
