Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Controller to join our esteemed Accounting and Finance team. The ideal candidate will be a driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Controller, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
2. Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, reporting any variances.
3. Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
4. Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting.
5. Researching technical accounting issues for compliance.
6. Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
7. Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
8. Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
9. Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
10. Participating in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
11. Supporting acquisition due diligence and integration activities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA is highly desirable.
2. Big 4 Audit experience preferred
3. M&A experience preferred
