Quality inspector 3rd shift

The Quality Inspector will be required to perform mechanical and visual checks on manufactured parts in compliance with customer specifications. The Quality Inspector will be expected to use various inspection techniques to obtain certain measurements. Key duties and responsibilities •Perform Incoming Inspection on electro-mechanical parts. •Must have experience using various hand tools such as calipers, microscope, height gages, pin gages, multi-meter. •Verify that all special instructions pertaining to the products are carried out. •Acquire samples from each product line and inspect according to the frequency and specifications outlined in procedures/drawings. •Assure that calibration is current and that the validation parameters are correct. •Perform data entry and manipulations per defined procedures and protocols. •Ability to interpret customer specifications. •Report and record inspection result on inspection sheet •Discuss inspection results with part responsible engineer. •Create NCMR's on any non-conforming part. •Communicate with Engineering of any issues with work instructions or inspection methods. •Assist in developing a culture of Quality and Excellence through effective engagement in continuous improvement activities. •All other duties as assigned. salary: $25 - $25.1 per hourshift: Thirdwork hours: 10 PM - 5:30 AMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesThe Quality Inspector will be required to perform mechanical and visual checks on manufactured parts in compliance with customer specifications.
