We are looking for a Global Data Office Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Lead who is a strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail and a passion or data driven decision-making to join our Data Management, Insight & Analytics team, based in any of our Raleigh, NC, Atlanta, GA, Slough, UK or Brussels, BE offices.
About the role:
The Global Data Office PMO Lead will be responsible for leading the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) for our Data Office, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Data Office leadership team to develop and implement project management processes and methodologies.In addition to leading the PMO, the Global Data Office PMO Lead will also be responsible for developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Data Office and the process for collecting & reporting on KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading successful projects and driving efficiency and effectiveness within a data office environment.
Who you'll work with:
You will work closely with the Data Office leadership team to ensure that project priorities are aligned with business objectives, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, as well as provide guidance and support to the Data Office team on how to use KPI data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
What you'll do:Lead the Data Office PMO, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall strategy of the Data Office.Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Data Office, in collaboration with the Data Office leadership team and other stakeholders.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide regular updates to the Data Office leadership team and other stakeholders.Analyze KPI data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and work with the Data Office leadership team to develop and implement action plans.Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KPIs and make recommendations for improvements as needed.Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills:
Master's degree (preferred) with 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience or bachelor's with 10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience, or a similar background with proven successful track record in data project portfolio management and/or process improvement delivery.Demonstrated experience in delivery of cross functional initiatives: preference to systems/ data-enabled / advanced analytics / process improvement.Proven track record in implementing innovative next generation systems and leading high priority change initiatives.Must have tangible examples of developing and communicating across cultures and geographies.Experience as a change champion and thought leader in coupling data analytics with data-enabled drug development.
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $141,800 to $186,100 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
