What you’ll do as an Specialist Talent Acquisition
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to get a thorough understanding of each division’s hiring requirements for each role, as well as to fulfill hiring goals and expectations.
Coordinate the full life cycle recruiting for a variety of open positions
Assist hiring managers with applicant screening, phone screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and hiring qualified candidates.
Maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS) by reviewing applicants within a timely manner while ensuring all requisitions are refreshed every 60 days
Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates
Assist with scheduling clinic appointments for physicals and drug screens, as well as performing background checks
Work with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Work with the HR team to develop and maintain networking relationships with community, college, university, and industry related organizations.
Must be able to work in a high volume fast paced environment with efficiency
Attend Job fairs when needed and other H.R. duties as assigned
What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States
AA Degree in HR, business or relevant field
At least 3-5 years of experience / knowledge in HR and recruitment processes
Knowledgeable of California hiring laws and practices,
Scheduling, interviews, onboarding processes, new hire orientation,
HRIS systems and computer skills Proficient with MS suite, Word / MS Excel and SmartSheet
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Demonstrates a strong capacity to quickly adapt by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones
Additional Skills (not required but would be beneficial):
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Salary Range $23.00 - $28.00 / per hour (DOE)
