The Pharmacy Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing customer service to patients and healthcare providers in the pharmaceutical industry.
Location:Work from Home - All candidates must live in the Dallas – Fort Worth Area & have a designated work space at home.
Pay: $18-20/hr. based on experience
Start Date: December 9th

Schedule:8-hour shift between 7am-7pm CST (8am-8pm EST)
Job Description:
- Managing customer and patient inquiries and processing medical and prescription claims.
- Ensure patient inquiries are answered regarding prescriptions, and pharmacy services.
- Handle medical and pharmaceutical billing inquiries.
- Assist patients with medical insurance verification and payment options.
Required skills/experience:
- One year of healthcare or medical call center experience is required
- Benefit verification - Prior Authorization
- Prefer healthcare work experience and familiarity with medical benefits, medical insurance, prescriptions
Education:
- Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
