The Medical Customer ServiceRepresentative is a primary contact for patients and healthcare providers who will address inquiries for medical services, billing, and insurance.
Starts December 3rd!
Location: Work from Home - All candidates must live in the Dallas – Fort Worth Area & have a designated work space at home.
Pay: $18-20/hr. based on experience

Schedule: 8 hour shift between 7am-7pm CST (8am-8pm EST)
Job Description:
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email regarding medical services and billing.
- Provide information to patients regarding medical services, insurance coverage, and payment options.
- Collect and verify insurance information, ensuring eligibility and benefits are accurately documented.
- Assist patients with payment plans and financial assistance options as needed.
Preferred skills/experience:
- Typing – 30 wpm
- One year of healthcare or medical call center experience is required
- Benefit verification - Prior Authorization
- Medical collections
- Prefer healthcare work experience and familiarity with medical benefits, medical insurance, prescriptions
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Co-pay, co-insurance, deductible
- PAP - patient assistance programs
Education:
Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
