The role

We are seeking our first US Sales Director for Mid-Market to build, deliver, and scale this acquisition part of our Sales process.

You will join a team of 5 and report to our VP of Revenue.

You will be accountable for customer relationships, new logo acquisition, exceptional customer satisfaction, and revenue growth within an assigned territory.

To succeed in this role, you will need to understand customer needs, act as a consultative partner, and ensure each project is set up for success.

Responsibilities

Sell:

- Create and deploy sales plans based on account assignments to meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets

- Lead the end to end sales cycle from lead generation to close, including presenting Inato value proposition, software demonstrations, negotiating business terms, and executing contracts

Partner:

- Manage sales cycles utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate

- Manage relationships within the client organization

- Collaborate across the Inato organization to achieve personal goals, team objectives, and company milestones

- Maintain and enhance a best-in-class company culture

Report:

- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting for sales leadership

A day in the life may includeReach out to clients through cold calling or emailsPrepare the right sales materials to perform client meetingsMeet with them on Zoom or in personAttend trade shows (~1 a month) to represent InatoBrainstorm and strategize with colleagues to make sure we have a strong plan to deliver on our contractsRequirements

4 years of Sales experience with a successful track record, including:

2 years minimum of sales experience within life science or healthcare technology

and/or

2 years selling data or software solutions to Mid-Market Pharmaceutical CompaniesUnderstanding drug development and commercial challenges in the life sciences industry is required.Ambition, self-drive, and ability to work with minimal direct supervisionA passion for solving people's business problemsExcellent oral and written communication skillsFamiliarity with technologies such as Zoom, Teams, Slack, SalesForce, Notion, Spendesk, Navan to support remote work and travel.
