Job Description: s the ServiceNow Product Owne r you are responsible for defining and communicating the ServiceNow product vision and delivery roadmap. You will partner with the ServiceNow product family owners, process owners and IT leadership to inform the product vision, backlog prioritization and delivery releases. You are responsible for the product life cycle of the ServiceNow platform including the conception of new modules, product upgrades, 3rd party integrations and module replacement when appropriate. You will also be responsible for leading the implementation and instilling modern software engineering and deployment techniques. The role will require three days working in office in Central Philadelphia every week . Responsibilities Lead the creation and execution of strategy for tooling with ServiceNow Defining roadmap and product capabilities to fill gaps and build tool adoption Liaison between development team and stakeholders for engineering and end user enablement Translate product features into well-defined requirements in appropriate Epic -> Feature -> User Story format Continuous refinement and management of work across stakeholders and leadership Required Skills Experience as "Product Owner is mandatory Experience in "ServiceNow is mandatory Certifications in ServiceNow are required 10 years of overall experience , with 3 years' experience in Product Ownership/Project Management Experience with Project Management Platforms (e.g. Jira, Rally) Experience with Agile / SCRUM development methodologies You have experience with the ServiceNow modules and capabilities including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, DevOps, APM and Integration HUB Experience with development teams and project requirements You have a background working within the ITIL and IT Service Management discipline You have demonstrated experience designing and re-engineering processes to meet organizational goals, improve efficiency and reduce risk You are able to present and influence all levels of management and executive leadership You have demonstrated commitment to continual learning of ServiceNow best practices and standards including actively participating in the ServiceNow community forums. Strong problem solving and analytical skills Good personal communication skills are vital Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with Product Ownership/Project Management Experience working in an Agile software development teams bility to work independently where needed, and ability to take direction where needed
