Apply now and let's take our ERP system to the next level together JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, this position facilitate the proper function, configuration, update, and maintenance of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for higher education institutions (i.e. Banner SaaS ERP and SIS systems ) as needed by the College. This include managing user accounts and providing technical support to staff. Work closely with various departments to streamline business processes and enhance the system's overall efficiency. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, analyze, and maintain integrations between applications, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for higher education institutions.(i.e Ellucian Banner ERP, Ellucian Ethos, Ellucian CRM) Advise/Recruit, Degree Works, and Banner Document Management. Utilize in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience to support and enhance higher education processes with the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (Ellucian Banner system). Implement and maintain enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (i.e.Ellucian Banner solutions), ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that address organizational needs. Document processes and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding. Identify root causes of issues and implementing practical solutions. Completes all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) or three (3) years of work experience in a systems-related field. Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for higher education institutions( Ellucian Banner preferred ) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Experience administering Banner SaaS system in a higher education environment Preferred proficiency in SQL queries, PL/SQL jobs, triggers, and stored procedures preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and optimizing system performance. Familiarity with IT systems, databases, and integrations relevant to higher education. Relevant certifications or experience in Ellucian Banner or related IT fields a plus. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position classifies the physical exertion requirements as sedentary work involving lifting no more than 10 pounds at a time and occasionally lifting or carrying articles like docket files, ledgers, and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required occasionally, and other sedentary criteria are met.
