Role- Genesys developer Location- ALPHARETTA, GA Job Type- Contract Role Description: Design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud platformExperiencing working with Contact Centre applications and associated integrations Competencies: Genesys Engage, CTI Genesys, Core Java, Genesys Inbound Voice Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: - Experience on IVR ( Interactive Voice Response)- Development experience using C#/Java - Experience on Genesys Composer Experience in Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD)- Experience in Interaction Workspace (IW)- 5 years experience working as a Genesys developer- Experience on working with CI/CD - 4 years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows- Ability to identify opportunities to automate / streamline where applicable in overall Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
