Business Systems Analyst Manager

Position Overview: The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the process of analyzing and migrating legacy billing system data to our PeopleSoft billing system as part of integration activities. This role involves collaboration with IT partners, business analysts, project managers, and business SMEs to ensure a smooth transition and data integrity throughout the migration process. Team Structure: Composed of IT partners, business analysts, project managers, and business subject matter experts (SMEs) for each integration. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Migration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate dependencies in data extraction. Lead the development and testing of SQL code for automated data conversion. Work closely with PeopleSoft IT to load and validate migrated data. Team Management: Oversee and manage team members performing data migration tasks. Provide guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met. Ideal Background: Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel. Strong ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience: Billing and collections data migration experience is a plus, but not required. Supervisory experience is essential.
