Security Administrator Hybrid-Must live in DFW area As a Security Administrator, you will serve as the key expert in ensuring the security and integrity of all organizational systems, including cloud platforms like Microsoft Office 365. Key Responsibilities: Conduct and respond to IT assessments and audits of automated systems and processes. Interpret findings and develop actionable recommendations for enhancing security policies. Manage and oversee the enterprise Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform to identify and address issues related to the security, performance, and integrity of the computing infrastructure. Respond promptly to security incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Provide guidance and oversight in the creation, review, and approval of change management requests. Administer and manage Endpoint Security, Intrusion Detection Systems, Firewalls, Active Directory, Cloud Platforms (including Office 365), and tools related to Vulnerability Assessment and Data Regulation/Compliance. Maintain expertise in information security technologies and products such as Meraki firewalls, VPN, Microsoft security products, Intune, Entra ID, data regulations, KnowBe4, and Tenable. Review and validate security patch processes to ensure critical patches are applied effectively, collaborating with desktop support teams for remediation as needed. Assist in the implementation and enforcement of corporate-wide security standards, policies, and procedures. Collaborate closely with IT team members on end-user support initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills for interaction with senior and executive-level management, fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Proficiency in installing, administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting security solutions. Ability to develop and document cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines. Experience in the Following Areas: Cybersecurity Network Security Application Security Corporate Security Multi-Site Security Disaster Recovery Planning Business Continuity Planning Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Data Protection and Regulation Compliance Preferred Certifications: CompTIA Security CYSA CASP
