Title: IT Security Administrator Classification: Exempt/Full Time Reports To: GM IT Location: Corporate Headquarters - Bridgeton, MO Date: 10/09/2024 Job Summary: Zoltek is looking for a IT Security Administrator to join our IT Team at our Corporate Headquarters. Do you want to work for the world's largest manufacturer of carbon fiber pultrusion? This position requires a team player interested in using their technical skills and experience to assist Zoltek in our ongoing migration of systems to the cloud. Zoltek's IT strategy is a hybrid approach with cloud services integrated to on-premises systems used for manufacturing. As a member of the IT department, you will provide support to four facilities in the US plus collaborate with IT teams in Hungary and Mexico. Zoltek employs over 2,700 people located at facilities in Hungary, Mexico, and multiple sites in the US. Our parent company, Toray Industries, is championing a global transition of group companies to the Microsoft cloud. Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Configure and optimize Palo Alto firewalls to meet security best practices and Zoltek's specific needs. Monitor firewall logs via Zoltek's SIEM and SOC services, responding promptly to security incidents. Manage VPN connections using Palo Alto Global Protect and Azure MFA for secure communications. Administer and enhance security through existing and new network segmentation of IT and OT environments. Manage and Administer SD-WAN VeloCloud and maintain security. Administer and monitor Meraki and Cisco switches to ensure seamless network connectivity and performance. Administer and monitor end-point protection polices through Defender 365, Purview, and WithSecure Element. Oversee Windows Active Directory services, maintaining user accounts and security settings, DNS, DHCP. Ensure the reliability of the Windows Domain Controller infrastructure. -Administer and monitor encryptions through BitLocker, manage and maintain security policies for company resources such as Microsoft Intune MDM. Monitor and respond to security incidents related to endpoint protection, conducting regular assessments. Conduct security audits on network devices to ensure compliance with standards and implement corrective measures based on audit results to strengthen network security. Collaborate with IT teams across multiple regions to integrate security solutions into the infrastructure. Work closely with system administrators and security teams to resolve network security issues. Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of related experience in Palo Alto Firewall. 3 to 5 years of experience in SD-WAN Velocloud systems. 3 to 5 years of experience in ProSoc and SIEM services. 3 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft Active directory, Azure cloud services 3 to 5 years of experience in all aspect of enterprise networking.
