YOUR DAY TO DAY : We are seeking a

Senior Financial Analyst

to join our team, reporting directly to the Corporate Controller. In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing financial variances, providing insights into operational cost performance, and supporting inventory and balance sheet reconciliation. You will also contribute to the preparation of business plans, forecasts, and financial reports, while playing a crucial role in month-end closing tasks and external audit activities. YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR : Identify and research variances to actuals (period over period), forecast and budget expenses identifying risks and opportunities Perform detailed operational cost performance analysis Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights Calculate percent complete and over time revenue and margin Supporting inventory analysis Reconcile balance sheet, revenue and expense accounts Assists with preparing the five-year annual business plan and the monthly forecasts Prepares monthly financial reports and ad hoc reports Assists with preparation of monthly finance presentations Performs month end closing tasks Prepare weekly cashflow forecast Assist with all audit activity for external auditors Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization Complex problem solving (identification of issues and solution(s) recommendations)

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance A minimum of 6 years of directly related experience Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) Experience with basic Financial Analysis techniques Knowledge and experience with JD Edwards and OneStream XF (or similar ERP and Consolidations Systems) Knowledge of financial report preparation techniques Strong analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills Expert MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Data-driven and fact-based mindset Highly organized and self-motivated Effective written and verbal communication skills Applicant must be a US citizen.
