Epic Technical Analyst

The Epic Technical Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the setup and management of access, security, hardware, and training for an Epic hosting project. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of Epic systems, including Data Courier, Content Management, MyChart, and Print Management through 4VPSX. The Epic Technical Analyst will also participate in hardware and network planning, develop training materials, and perform extensive testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and security of all systems.
Paying 60-70/hr depending on experience.

Administration of Epic Data Courier and Content ManagementConfiguration and management of Epic workstations, printers, scanners, and credit card readersEpic Workstation and Printer configuration, including print class mappingEpic Application Management, including mobile applications and thick client administrationExperience with VPSX print management system and Epic Print ServersServiceNow expertise, including knowledge management and service catalog administrationEpic Access Management and Print ManagementEnd User Device ManagementNetworking and Active Directory analysis and administration, including collaboration with network, security, and Active Directory teams for design, configuration, and firewall/load balancing setupProficient in creating and managing training materials and documentation
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
