Senior Administrative Assistant
to support a senior executive and ensure seamless office operations. The right candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This firm fosters innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset, making it an exciting place to grow and contribute.CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN FINANCIAL SERVICES/PRIVATE EQUITY TO BE CONSIDEREDCompensation and Benefits:$100k, with excellent benefits and a generous bonus structure.This is an in-office position located in West LA.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior executive, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.Oversee office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.Handle heavy calendar management, adjusting for priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts.Anticipate the executives needs and proactively address issues to enhance productivity.Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and handling expense reports.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth communication.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare reports, presentations, and documents.Take on special projects as needed, adapting quickly to new priorities and challenges.Key Qualifications:4+ years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment.Bachelors degree is strongly preferred.Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.Demonstrated ability to manage heavy calendaring and adjust on the fly.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.Prior experience supporting senior leadership and overseeing office operations is preferred.We are committed to considering qualified applicants with criminal histories in compliance with the California Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
