What we're looking for
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Argus as our Executive Assistant to support our EVP of The Americas-US & Canada and EVP of Latin America, Global Head of LPG. This C-Suite Executive Assistant will provide senior leaders with a high level of administration and coordination to support a complex and varied workload.
What will you be doing?
Proactively managing two complex calendars across various time zones and teamsArrange conference calls, in-person meetings, and record agendas and minutes as neededPrepare executive travel arrangements for domestic and international travelProduce weekly and monthly executive reports with the ability synthesize information from different business unitsPrepare expenses for submission for executive managementLiaise with internal contacts at all levels of the organization, including human resources, information technology, and financeWhat we're looking for in you
Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeFluent Spanish/Portuguese a plus5 years of Executive Assistant experienceExemplary planning and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workload.5 days a week in office for the first 90 daysAbility to work in office at least four days a week, remote day is based on manager discretion after first 90 days.Highly organized and efficient to meet deadlines.A high level of verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretionSuccess in working under pressure while managing multiple projectsWhat's in it for you
