Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

This position assist the Operations Manager in ensuring all shipping standards are met in accordance to safety, quality, inventory and productivity levels while meeting customer requirements in an efficient manner.
Additional Information:
Shift: Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm
This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. - Establish and prioritize orders for shipping technicians and evaluate periodically.
- Maintains good safety and housekeeping practices through training, observations, and audits in the departments under supervision.
- Designates, supervises, and approves assignments for the warehouse.
- Ensures all inventory transactions are maintained according to procedures.
- Problems solves equipment failure, employee related events, order summary, etc. on a daily basis.
- Issues all loads with related carriers and staging lanes to ensure loading accuracy.
- Research's all problems with inventory associated with order picking, replenishments and put away of all finished goods materials to maintain productivity.
- Processes and maintains all BOL's for accuracy.
- Ensure employees are maintaining at performance levels.
- Investigates and documents incidents i.e., Safety, Harassment's, etc.
- Investigates continuous improvement opportunities and follows through.
- Special projects and assignments as initiated by the Production Manager.
- Participation towards completion of other related tasks and duties as directed or needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment visa status - Must have at least three (3) years of experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution facility or in an operations environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
- Have at least completed formal training in and/or have at least one (1) year of work experience applying continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, Transactional Lean, etc.
- Experience with timekeeping and/or production control systems
- Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, Etc.)
