We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and due diligence experience.

Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and due diligence experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence and review title and survey documents for commercial real estate transactions
- Draft and review legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents
- Assist attorneys with closings and post-closing matters
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
- Assist with other legal projects and tasks as assigned by attorneys
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate transactions
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent client service
- Ability to work onsite regular business hours
