Qualifications:Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.Minimum of 3 Years of experience in Legal field.Certified and Licensed Document Preparer(CDLP) preferred.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor and dependability.Preferred background or familiarity with real estate terminology, purchasing, and leasing is highly desirable.Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for the CEO.Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as assigned by the CEO.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries and communications directed to the CEO.Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for meetings and presentations attended by the CEO.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.Draft, review, and finalize commercial and residential leases, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies.Prepare contracts, ensuring clarity of terms and conditions while mitigating potential risks.
