JRN: 1638We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a rapidly growing stealth technology/software startup based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience providing top-tier executive support at the C-suite level, preferably to a CEO or Co-Founder, and will possess exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with the CEO, team members, and external partners.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives, preferably to a CEO or Co-Founder.Proven track record of managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level communications.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse range of individuals.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello).Confident, proactive, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Collaborative team player who can work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:Executive Support:Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.Collaboration with House Staff and Personal Projects:Liaise with the CEOs household staff to ensure seamless coordination between professional and personal commitments.Assist with personal projects, including event planning, personal travel, and other tasks as needed.Foster a collaborative environment with house staff, ensuring alignment on schedules and priorities.Team Collaboration and Backup Support:Work closely with another Executive Assistant on the team, providing backup support as needed to ensure continuous and efficient executive support.Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations and project execution.Office Management:Oversee office logistics, including supplies management, office maintenance, and vendor relationships.Organize and facilitate company events, meetings, and offsites.Ensure the office environment is welcoming and conducive to productivity.Travel Coordination:Arrange detailed travel itineraries for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.Anticipate and resolve any travel-related issues to ensure smooth and hassle-free trips.Schedule : Monday - Friday, business hours, with flexibility as neededCompensation : $120-140K base, full benefits, bonus eligibility negotiable, other company perksLocation : San Francisco, CA (Fully in office)
